Although StreetFood is made for munching on the move, when made from fresh seasonal ingredients and local produce it can still be great quality and well put together.

Edith serves her StreetFood on Friday-mornings at the market in Lourmarin, concentrating on the right flavors, as well as serving easy-to-eat portions in nifty containers. The rest of the week the same healthy gourmet menu can be ordered for next-day delivery in the workplace or at home in Lourmarin, hoping to expand delivery circuit in near future

 

La Cuisine d’Edith is a member of the ‘Street Food en Mouvement’ Association presided by Thierry Marx.

At local events and festivals, La Cuisine d’Edith sets up a gourmet travelling canteen. The menu and decoration of the stand can be adapted to the theme of the event.
